Our Team
Melissa
Hi, I’m Melissa, owner of The Seasons Property Services. Property management has been my passion for many years. I truly love the balance between people, organization, and problem-solving that this work brings. I take pride in helping communities stay well-managed, financially sound, and positive places to live.
With a background in accounting, bookkeeping, and office management, I focus on the details that keep everything running smoothly. Our small, team-oriented office values relationships just as much as results — treating every client like a neighbor and every property as if it were our own.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors and in my garden, traveling, and enjoying adventures with my family — my college-age daughter, two boys, and our dog, Maui (Maltese, for the dog lovers out there). Time with family and friends means everything to me, and I bring that same care and commitment to my business. I’m also passionate about organizing, decorating, and party planning (with a cup of coffee always in hand!) and serve on the Board of Directors for my own community.
At The Seasons Property Services, my goal is simple: to make things easier, clearer, and more enjoyable for the communities we serve.
Kelsey
Hi, I’m Kelsey, a property manager who’s been immersed in the world of property management for most of my professional life. I’ve managed properties of all sizes and personalities, and I’ve learned that every day brings new challenges — and opportunities to solve them. Problem-solving has always come naturally to me, and I take pride in bringing order, clarity, and calm to even the most unexpected situations.
I grew up on the lake, and that’s still where my family and I are happiest — fishing, boating, soaking up the sun, snowmobiling, or simply listening to the waves. No matter the season, the lake is our home base and our favorite place to recharge.
When I’m not managing properties, I’m usually cheering from the sidelines as an active sports mom or enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends.
For me, property management is about more than maintenance and logistics — it’s about people, communication, and creating communities that feel cared for and connected.
